Shipping Policy — Zaire's Wreaths

Thanks for shopping with Zaire's Wreaths! Every wreath is handmade to order, so here's exactly what to expect after you place an order.

Order processing time

Each wreath is made by hand once you order, so please allow 1–3 business days for us to build and pack your wreath before it ships. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

During peak season (September–October) processing may take a little longer. If there's ever a delay on your order, we'll email you.

We current ship worldwide.

Estimated delivery time

Once your wreath ships, standard delivery takes about 7–14 business days, depending on your location. Total time = processing time + shipping time.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, as final delivery is handled by the carrier.

Order tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. If you haven't received tracking within a week of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us.

Delays

Occasionally, shipping may be delayed due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volume during the holidays. We appreciate your patience — reach out anytime and we'll help track things down.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to a wrong address, we'll reship it once the correct address is confirmed and any reshipping cost is covered.

Lost or damaged packages

If your wreath arrives damaged, email us within 3–7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. For packages marked delivered but not received, please file a claim with the carrier and let us know so we can help.

Halloween / holiday cutoff

To receive your wreath before Halloween, we recommend ordering by October 17. Orders placed after this date will still ship, but may arrive after the holiday.
